SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

As we are a small family-run business we do our best to get your orders out on time, during busy periods it may take a little longer although if this is the case you will always be notified of any delays. We also strive to offer you the best possible postal services to enable a smoother shopping experience.

At the moment, our dispatch time is 2-5 working days.

*These shipping times are standard unless advised otherwise or on Bank Holidays where delays may occur*

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Our current shipping options are Royal Mail Second Class delivery from the date of dispatch. Royal Mail is an untracked service and is the cheaper option.

Free 2ND CLASS Delivery for orders over £30!

Parcels 0-2kg:

• Royal Mail Second Class postage £2.99– from the date of dispatch, Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days however this is not guaranteed.

Parcels 2kg+

• APC OR EVRI which can offer deliveries on a next-day basis from the date of dispatch. Given our current dispatch time of 1-2 working days, the maximum wait for delivery should be 2-3 working days.

Returns:

You have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery. Food items cannot be returned, all other items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item in any lesser condition that the one it was received in.

All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage in the postage of returned times lies with you (the customer). In cases of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us at hello@boxforyourdog.co.uk  with photographs of the faults/damages.

Refunds:

Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day we receive your returned item(s), for your refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@boxforyourdog.co.uk 

Orders that are not cancelled before dispatch will be ineligible for cancellation and must instead follow the returns procedure.
